Brian Healy founded Broadbay Networks in July 1998 and served as President and CEO until its acquisition by Harvey Nash Group, plc in August 2001. Broadbay Networks provided consultants and staff augmentation on a temporary and permanent basis as well as outsourced services to telecommunications companies across the country, including more than two dozen Fortune 500 companies. Broadbay achieved over $36 million in sales in just its second full year of operations and was named Broadbay Networks one of the 100 largest private companies in the San Francisco Bay Area for the year 2000.
In August 2001, Brian became the Managing Director of Harvey Nash USA and the president and CEO of Techpartners International, an IT staffing and consulting business based in San Francisco and Denver. Techpartners International was acquired by Harvey Nash in 2000. During his tenure as Managing Director of Harvey Nash USA, Brian successfully identified, negotiated and integrated multiple acquisitions and restored Harvey Nash’s U.S. operations to profitability, despite market difficulties created by the U.S. economic slowdown. Subsequent to his resignation from Harvey Nash, Brian founded Fastnet Rock Capital, LLC and has worked as an M&A and transactional consultant to specialty staffing and consulting companies.
Brian founded Kinsale Holdings, Inc. in March of 2005.
